      We offer a complete line of services with maximum dust control.



Installation Including wood, installation, sanding, filling and finishing with 2 coats of oil based polyurethane or 3 coats of water based urethane. Floors can have a 3rd coat of oil based or 3 coats of water based urethane or stain added to the base 2 coat price.

Sand, Fill & Refinish Natural with 2 coats of oil based polyurethane or water based urethane. There is an extra charge for glue and mastic removal. During this process, we sand your floor down to raw wood. We fill the floor with wood filler, then sand off the filler with a fine grit sand paper. Next we screen the floor with a buffer, scrape the corners and vacuum the dust off. The floor is now stained or has its 1^st coat applied if it is going natural. The next day we screen the floor, clean it and apply the next coat. This process is repeated for a 3^rd coat.

Screen & Coat This service is for floors in good shape that need a fresh coat of finish. Floor must be free of waxes and oils. We screen the floor with a fine grit screen, then clean the floor and apply another coat of finish. This is a maintenance procedure that we recommend be done every 2-5 years.

Water Damage Restoration Complete repair and restoration of water damaged floors. This includes replacement of wet wood.

Pre-Finished Hardwood Floors We offer a full line of pre-finished hardwood floors from Bruce, Somerset and the Palo collections. This service is broken out in pricing in the following two categories: wood cost (based on your selection of wood) and installation.

Repairs - #1 Grade 2 1/4" Red Oak or matching species.

Carpet removal/Prep, staples and tack strips, and hauling.

Baseboard installation.

Base shoe – painted pine or oak.

Kitchen appliance – move 2 ways stove and refrigerator.
